The App
The Lasso Alarm Clock app requires an iPhone running iOS 26.2 or later
To check which iOS version you are currently running or to update to the latest iOS version, go to your iPhone's Settings > General > Software Update.
I tapped 'Activate Device' and nothing happened:
If you tap the 'Activate Device' button but nothing happens (the 'Ready to Scan' popup does not appear), make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS and you are running the latest version of the Lasso Alarm Clock app. If both are up to date, give your iPhone a reset. This is a known bug for apps using the NFC scanner.
My iPhone is not detecting the Lasso device:
When the 'Ready to Scan' popup appears, hold the top of your iPhone very close to the Lasso device. You can also try holding the Lasso device over your front-facing camera.If you can't get it to scan (the animation in the blue circle never turns into a blue checkmark), please email us at help@lassoclock.com.
I got an error message after scanning my device:
If you successfully scanned your device (you saw a blue checkmark inside of the 'Ready to Scan' popup) but received an error message, try scanning again.
If you continue to receive error messages, send us an email using the 'Contact Us' button below the error message. This email will include your Device ID, which will help us resolve the issue sooner.
If you're experiencing an app issue not related to downloading the app or pairing your device, check out the troubleshooting menu inside of the app, by navigating to Settings > Troubleshoot.
This menu provides more robust information and fixes for common issues. The contact link from this menu also includes information about your device and app, which may help us resolve issues faster.
Phone Compatibility
To use the Lasso Alarm Clock app, you must have an iPhone running iOS 26.2 or later. iOS 26.2 is available on iPhone 11 and all newer models.

The Lasso Alarm Clock app is not available for smartwatches or tablets, as they do not have the ability to scan the Lasso device.
Orders & Shipping
We ship to US customers via USPS. Orders ship from Ohio and go out daily, except on Sundays and holidays when the post office is closed. You can compare shipping options in checkout, including price and delivery speed, or learn more here.
We're currently offering international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. We plan to expand to other countries as we work out any kinks with international shipping.
Orders are shipped from the United States via DHL, and may be handed off to another carrier once they arrive in your country.
In most cases, import duties are paid at checkout, so there are no additional fees at the time of delivery. Enter your address in checkout to see exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
You should receive an email on the day that your order is shipped out and on the day that it will be delivered.
For more detailed order tracking, you can find your tracking number and link in your order confirmation email or in the order details section of your customer account here.
If you are a US customer, order tracking will be provided via USPS.
If you are an international customer, order tracking will be provided by DHL.
US Customers: Check the USPS tracking provided in your order confirmation email, then send us an email explaining the situation and confirming your shipping address. We'll either help you resolve any issues with USPS or send you a replacement.
International Customers: Please note that international orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive and there is sometimes a week-long gap in tracking updates after the package departs the US.
If you believe there is an issue with the shipment, check the DHL tracking provided in your order confirmation email. On the DHL tracking page, there may also be a tracking number for your local parcel service, which DHL hands your parcel to. You can often look up the tracking number on their website as well. Email us explaining the issue and confirm your shipping address. We'll either help you resolve any issues with the carrier or send you a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your Lasso Alarm Clock, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Be sure to read our full returns policy here.
You can initiate a return in the order details in your customer account here.
If your device arrived defective or damaged, email us and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
If it became damaged or defective through use, email us anyway and we'll see what we can do!
