Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with your Lasso Alarm Clock, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Here’s the details:

Any Reason

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, for any reason, we’ll take it back and grant you a full refund. We would appreciate any feedback you have to improve the product or shopping experience and please keep in mind that we will be consistently making improvements to the app.

30 Days

You have 30 days from the date that you received your Lasso Alarm Clock, per the carrier’s delivery notification, to initiate a return.

Full Refund

As soon as we receive your items, we will initiate a full refund to the original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please email returns@lassoclock.com

Shipping Fee

Unless your Lasso Alarm Clock is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back. Returns are typically sent using the cheapest shipping method available.

Defective or Damaged

If your Lasso Alarm Clock arrived defective or damaged, please email us at returns@lassoclock.com right away and we will replace it at no cost to you.
