Shipping policy

We’re currently shipping to the United States and the following international regions: Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore.

US Shipping

We ship your order from Ohio via USPS and offer two shipping options: Ground Advantage, which takes 2-5 days depending on your location, and Priority Mail, which takes 2 days. Shipping speed and cost is calculated in checkout.

International Shipping

We use Shopify's Managed Markets to handle international shipping and ship via DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct. The "shipping" cost you see at checkout includes duties meaning you will not have to pay additional duties upon delivery. Global-e is our third party fulfillment partner and they will be your merchant of record.

Order Processing Times

If your order is placed before 5:00pm EST on weekdays or before 11:00am EST on Saturdays, your order will ship that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time on weekdays will ship the following day. Orders placed after the cutoff time on Saturdays or any time on Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on holidays or days that USPS is not open, will ship the following day.
